what do u mean needs a buff?? i kno a new one is needed...once i get some good pics ill make a new one.
and the welds... yea i forgot to turn the amp+wirespeed down and blew a hole in the pipe so i had to fill it. even then i had it to far up lol i can weld good now dont get it twisted


that thing took like 10 hours and 100+ feet of wire to make. but worth it in the end.


But car update:
Got the 16g bolted on after 6hours in the cold and some more cutting, hammering, and cursing lol. gotta get the J-pipe cut and re-welded so i can run the IC pipes then start the car up and drive!!

Get it done son, so you can come help me this weekend.

Tim, can the center section be re-clocked?

I think you would have way less pipe and fitment issues if you could flip the compressor to the other side.

yea im hoping so. ill prob cut it to the right of the wg nipple and get it to come right over the turbo

89t, yes and no. Im still running the internal WG so i cant clock the cold side to face a different way

yes i understand the compressor and exhaust housing have to remain matched up due to the wastegate.

Will it fit better if the compressor inlet faced the driverside. If it will, then the center section will need to be clocked 180 deg. If that is possible of course.

oh now i see... hmmm. It would be easier for the IC pipes like that, but then id have the problem of the DP running near the Rad+tranny

really? from what i read they had problems wit the dp routing, but ill look into it/check other threads.

found the pipe. only other one online is 99bucks lol. I would've ordered today but the metro pcs charged my account twice for a phone and i only have 24cents atm

keep it under 180 or so whp and you'll be fine with a stock block. Anything more and you'l risk blowing ur engine before the meet !
