How to remove scratches in glass??

I was just reading online to remove scratches from glass use jewelers rouge and some sites said toothpaste but idk maybe try it sometime....

i tried a few things, pretty much if its bad enough , just replace the windshield/glass ive heard of the toothpaste trick , but alot of people say to use non whitening toothpaste

yeah...i just replaced mine with a junkyard window...i wanted to get it tinted so i didnt want to see scratches

ya my dad is a glass man he installs windshields and windows and he tels me those crack removal techniques are all bull but i personally am open to them
