Question 1987 Accord DX Hatch Price?

The car needs front brakes/rotors, frame jack plates welded to frame and rubber gaskets for engine. Rusty rear wheelwells. It has 128,000 miles 5 spd tranny, runs but needs work to drive. Tread on tires/ working a/c cd player. Headlights flip good.

Really depends on where it's located. For 128k miles, that's a plus. I'll say $900-$1400.

sounds pretty expensive to me though i've never heard of such a thing. where would the frame need welding?

No kidding. Rear wheel wells will cost a fortune to replace. Welding the jack plates in might not be, but depending on the rust, the wheel wells will cost a BUNCH. If they really wanted to sell it for a bunch theyd at least replace the brakes.
