this father's day is esp. emotional for me on this year, having gone thru my with my own dad beating cancer yet still having issues with parkinsons, having gone thru a divorce start to finish in less than six months, having met a wonderful woman friend who blessed me with father's day regards of her own that blew me away, and having established a closer bond with my children throughout these past months because of all that has happened. Some of you who know me know what my situation was, and just to let you know I have been continually praised by the "elders" on how I handled it all. I am doing fine and things are looking to be just great.
I really continue to feel how blessed both sides of fatherhood can be.

Now I have a knot in my throat. My dad was the best hot rod builder of all time. I am 47 and he taught me how to build,custom paint and how to be a man. To treat women with respect and honor your mother, she is a saint. Dad I know you are guiding me from heaven to this day. I love you dad.
