finding a b20a5 headers like the same as finding a b20a header over here so it doesnt help me
i wonder what the NZ/JDm engine thats the same as your USDM 90-94 Eclipse DOHC 2.0L non turbo
I'll be sending you a B20A5 header in the near future then. :)
The great thing about welding is if you muck it up, its fixable. Just keep welding it gets alot easier.

Im curious if anybody has been successfull at this Mistubishi header thing as well. Please post results if so, thanks
bringing this back out of the dead. anyone tried it?!?!?1
I checked ebay for these, and you can get one for like $30 usd. If I wouldn't have to pay another $100-200 for shipping I'd pick one up just for the hell of it to see if it fits.
Someone in the US with a B20A should really get one and try it out.
This is a fail post & I have clearly got things mixed up

Soooo.. i'm going to bump this to see if anyone has done this with any results? In particular all you folks in North America - we don't have the eclipse in Ozzie land and it will cost a bundle to ship here for me so i'm looking for a little guidance.

anyone done this yet?!?!?!?!?!
B20A5 fits pretty much near on some holes need a gentle amount of filing and the downpipes need rewelding at correct angle but certainly cheaper than having one made from scratch!!
So I could buy this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-GSP-MITS...ae7eaf&vxp=mtr
And with some slight filing have a turbo cast manifold that would fit my B20A?
^ Probably, you wanna be the guinea pig that tests it out?
I'll order a 4g63 gasket and compare it to the B20A head first.
is the a5 the lean back poolude b20a?
if so, the ones i have didnt need any modding to the primaries, just minor reworking of the down pipe where it goes under the front of the sump. http://www.rage.co.nz/New%20Site/web...ages/honda.pdf

Bad news, the ports do NOT match up.
The 4G63 port holes, while the same shape, are SIGNIFICANTLY larger than the B20A head I just brought into Advance Auto Parts. Lining up the right bolt hole put the left bolt hole a solid 1"+ outside of the stud.
Has anyone tried a normal B21A exhaust manifold gasket to the B20? Looks like if you flip it upside down, it might work.
