Hey guys,
I was wondering where you can get a custom manifold made for a T3 turbo. I've got some turbo parts, and I'm looking at putting boost on the accord. LMK
Thanks

the company that make's the flange for our car is www.bmcrace.com
Aarom Wier sells them as well. He used to be on homemadeturbo.com and Im not sure if hes still around or if he has a website but everyone said his flanges were top knotch and great quailty on the cheap.
i made an adapter plate for a toyota tercel to blot up a dsm turbo to the stock manifold (where the downpipe bolts to the header) i love my mill

i dont think Aaron makes A series flanges but if you cut the old flange off the old exhaust manifold and send it to him he might be able to make you one or something. I would email him, hes a pretty good guy. Ive dealt with BMC racing before, and they make A series flanges, but somtimes they take a LONG ASS TIME to make them...

yes its all good, but whom makes stainless steel flanges?
Its prttey fnuny how you can raed tihs eintre snetnece with all tehse ellters out of palce...

Aaron can do a SS flange, it'll just be much more expensive.
I've bought flanges from him before, and I can vouch for the quality of the product. For the price, you can't beat it.
I can post pics of the flanges if someone needs to see a sample.
btw... All flanges (at least at the time I purchased them) are cut on his laser cutter.
As an aside, I can get them cut on a waterjet if you'd like. The price will likely be higher than Aaron's, but it's another option to consider if you want. If you do want anything aluminum, laser is not my first choice because of it's flash melting point and super soft hardness. ...but you'll want steel or SS for the exhaust side anyway.

yes, was thinking of making a group buy on turbo mani's, I can weld them if only the interest is high enough.

welding them is the easy part, developing them to fit everyones needs is the hard part.
For instance a log mani, that will retain ac/ps. but still easy enough for the buyer to build a down pipe.
you'd also have to build for one turbo, or you would have 10 different designs.
There is a hell of alot more to it than most think of it.

you see, lets say, the most ideal setup for our engines are T3/T4 turbos, for 2.0l engine its more than enough. its capable of making aroun 450Hp in that area,, so if you have one style, Ramhorn, Log or even stretch design that will go on A20, than its easy to make downpipe as well, to fit around A20 and under the engine..

sounds like they have improved. The quality was always very good

ya the flange is beautiful haven't fabed any thing up yet because i'm trying to get everything for the engine before hand and get it in to the machine shop, but ya i was impressed.
Just for information's sake, I just ordered flanges from BOTH Weir and BMC.
BMC's site was broken and I could not check out. I sent an email at 1am on Easter Sunday, and by midnight that night we had corresponded and I was billed via paypal. Very professional and prompt service.
My order to Weir was placed about 24 hours previous. Again, we corresponded via email and I paypalled the payment in the early hours of Monday. My order shipped the next morning.
As far as dealings, both sources are currently very customer friendly. I'm sure BMC's will arrive first simply because Weir's is coming over the border.
