    How many miles are on your 3g?

    I was just looking through the pics section and i see a lot of these 3g's hooked up like crazy but i was wondering, how many miles are on your cars? dont get me wrong the 3rd gen is fairly old now and i wouldnt expect any of them to have less than 75,000 miles on them.

    Well mine is pushin 167,000 and im wondering if its too late for me to try to even bother putting money into it or just try to get a newer one. At 166k it doesnt give me much trouble but im thinking how well would it go over when i try to sell it with 200k miles or even more.

    I have owned 3 accords and still have 2 of them and were all 1989 Coupes but here they go:

    1989 Accord DX Coupe-189,000 when i sold it.
    1989 Accord LXi Coupe-155,000 My spare car.
    1989 Accord LXi Coupe-130,560 My Nice one.

    My newest one i bought last December with 116,000 or so on it.

    Mine has 180k and change. I still get 36 mi/gal highway so the engine is holding up well.

    Don't worry too much about putting money in to it. Unless you crash it and damage the body everything else isn't too expensive. Hell, a 'newer' engine is only about $500.
