Really nice SE-i 128k in CT

Mark put me onto this, and I went and looked at it today. Some rust starting at the rear of the wheel wells, power antenna goes halfway down, left rear door has some kind of dings, a/c needs a recharge, and *that's it!* New tires, belts, no oil leaks, perfect leather, drives out great, everything else works. Downside, it's an auto. They want $2300. It's at a small retailer, so the price might not be too flexible. If it were a 5 spd, I'd buy it on principle. How many 128k SE-i's are out there?
