    Rear 6x9 Grills

I read an old thread about removing the carpet stuff on the front grills. Can I do this to the back also?

And... Would that base thingy on the back 6x9's look good white?

you can remove the fabric, but to be honest, the plastic looks pretty crappy behind it. just a bunch of holes.

good idea, toast... just form it around the upper part of the grille... would take some work, but for the kickass effect, would be well worth it

I took mine off for the time being... I asked my mom (into fabrics and stuff) if she could help me find some really pourous type of cloth... she said that it was no problem at all... So Im going to ask her to just pick me up something in black (I have a dark blue int.) and just put that on there... My blue fabric that I had on there was destroyed... It was all in one piece but it started off dark blue and ended up a really faded light blue/ gray/ yuck.... so.. ya... the actual cover piece in dark colored cars are black as mine is.. and I believe it also comes in a cream color... its really easy to put something else on there though...

I ripped off my fabric...I just painted the grill (forgot if it's white or blue now) to match the rest of the interior.

I bought kenwood Speakers all around for my car. I just used the stock baskets . I left those nasty things that the stock speakers used to be covered with off and I just put the new Kenwood mesh grills on. The fronts were really easy to put on and to install the speakers. But the rears were a pain in my ass. I had to custom mount the fucking things. I had to use the original red thing that has the 3 bolts that bolts to the frame, but I had to take the Kenwood basket and mount it to that. Overall it was a pain in the ass, but the sound quality went up 10x and it looks waaaaaay better.

the only problem with what u mentioned 88WhiteLX-i is that ppl would know u got what kind of speakers and would be tempted to break in. BEst way is to hide em under stock appearance so that ppl would know be that tempted to break in.

PS: I like the graphics under ur handle, its funny shit man.
