    Re: Who doesn't love twins?

What about A18A3(?) (the girl in Hawai'i)? She has like 88k posts.

Anyway, I've taken the trunk liner out and replaced the starter. Man, is it loud! At least my car runs. Oh, and I only have one windshield wiper; so EUDM. I took it off for some reason, and when I decided to put it back on, I lost the little black nut so now the wiper is sitting in my room.

I need to take those LED's out.

    Re: Who doesn't love twins?

My interior is officially completely out except for my dash and front seats. Mike fixed a vacuum line and now my car runs so much better. He also fixed the right headlamp motor, so no more winker. He found me a new trim-piece-rain-blocker-pointless-thing that goes on the roof, too.

What can I take off of the engine for more weight reduction (and removal of unused/pointless things)?
    - A/C
    - cruise control
    - ugly, rusty exhaust cover thing?

I'm planning on: removing the climate control LED's, taking out the antenna, installing '86-7 hatch side trim, installing OEM-style fog lights (as "parking lights"), blacking out my tail lamps, tinting my windows, repainting the car (same color), and pressure-washing my engine bay. Eventually (when I get more skill): drop the bitch, wire tuck, and a rear disc brake conversion.

More things to come as I think of them. Oh, I got yet another ticket today. Speeding.

I'm keeping the power steering and I have to keep the rear seat and belts. Everything else will be gone soon.

    Re: Who doesn't love twins?

When I tried to take the sound deadening out of mine, I found that chunks of it were glued down, and no amount of dry ice will separate it. I'm not sure if the 3gee is the same way, but it looked better with the deadening in there. Looked like gobs of shit all over the floor after I pulled it. I was hoping to put some sort of anti-rust down there, but it's gonna be more work scraping off all the little remnants of shit.

It's a coupe, not a hatchback. It's retarded to take out the rear seat, since you can't use the space for anything else anyways. And what's the rear seat weigh, like 5lbs?

Charlie, you ought to get some roll on bedliner and coat the whole floor in it!! It would be quieter, durable, and look much better than the bare floor.
