the only way to fix that much rust is to cut it out and replace it, since you have no way of doing that, I can hear the wheels turning from here, don't even think pop rivets, spray foam or 2 pounds of bondo, try this, the rust converter junk from the hardware store is pretty much garbage.

and get some self etch primer, that gray primer is for lawn chairs, you need to remove all that peeling paint well back from the rust, you'll be surprised how far the rust extends. the self etch will etch into the bare steel. once it's cured you put regular primer over it.
get one of these http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...EQyrS2B-PCmdEI

Well even tho no one cares, I got my interior looking decent again ... haven't cleaned this bitch in 2 months lol
also since i don't think i've posted many pics of the interior i took some new ones
I think its pretty clean for being a 91 with an exception of the shoe lace door handle.
add alot more miles to this...

looks good! i wish my interior was clean like that, well it is minus the dashboard, i just need to get a new one and finish my headliner and shizzzzz. i dig the shoe lace handle rofl...
don't you hate those auto door belts? me and angus' converted mine to non, he brought over his welder and we put in some normal belts. i like them a lot better.
dead white and blue
thanks, and at first i loved the autobelts since i hate seatbelts and always forget to put them on.. but then they started going pshyco and trying to kill me and my family and now i hate them... lol they some times go forward and when u go to get out and then they start going back again and wrap around your neck and try to choke u to death... and if u reach out to open the door the buckle hits u in the head and the belt wraps around ur neck again trying to choke u to death LOL
i think i have the bolt holes there to convert to regular ones... im planing on doing it eventually ! , if they keep trying to choke me i'm just going to unplug the fuse and use them manually lol
and i got the shoelace idea from Justin (labledsk84)
