I don't know off hand but I'm pretty sure the service manual has a lot of the body dimensions. Try this for the Accord:

Otherwise the best thing to do would be to visit the local junkyard with a tape measure and notepad. If you're planning for an engine swap you'll also want to know where the cross members and frame rails (such as they are) are.

Thanks, I might just do that. Yes, it is for a swap. I am looking into trying something new by placing an engine in a 89 Accord DX that I've not heard of yet. It'll cost alot of money and major modifactions. Still working on the research for this. I won't say what I'm looking to put in it because everytime I do my post get shut down.

Yeah, unfortunately engine swap questions are usually never received very well, especially if they're uncommon. It's one of those questions that gets asked a lot but never has a clear answer. You're much better off if you can ask questions in a way that shows you have done at least a little preliminary research, and can demonstrate that you at least have some clue about what you're doing. Of course I'm not saying you don't know what you're doing. It's just a general observation, and it really applies to asking for any sort of information on something technical.

Anyway, if you're going to be blazing new trails, and it sounds like you are, there will pretty much be no substitute for doing your own measurements. Whatever it is I hope you get it going. Engine swaps are major work but major fun when you get to fire them up for the first time!

EDIT: Also, it's better to keep engine swap discussion in the engine swap forum here. Just makes more sense from an organizational perspective.

EDIT2: And one last thing. This site is not really the best place to research newer Honda engines. It's a great site but it's focus is on 3g Accords and everything to do with them specifically. Information on the newer stuff is fairly limited. For the newer stuff try these:

    http://www.honda-tech.com/
    http://www.team-integra.net/index.asp
    http://www.onecamonly.com/ (for SOHC engines only)
