    My 87 on Fat Fives!

Finally got around to uploading the pics of my 3g in it's prime!

Yes, that's an Accord emblem in my grill. I took the idea from someone here.

I'm gonna do something with this. I don't know what, yet.

Thanks, but the camera makes it look good. I put it in a ditch last year, so the passenger side fender... Right side, I mean... Needs to be replace, there are 2 dents on the the... Left side, and the hood needs to be fixed, plus the carpet is nasty, but other than that, it's quite nice! I'm hoping to get all the dents out and re-paint it darker.

I have always really like fat fives on 3geez, they suit the car really well.

If you want a subtle drop, I'd go H&R tokico combo with the front pinch fork mod to even the drop out.

I need to replace all the bushing in the rear, but I don't know where I can get new ones...

I would like to get a lowering kit, but for around $80(prelude upper arms for camber) I can lower it, 0 my camber, and not hurt my struts (hopefully)... It really needs to be done, though.

    Yep. 94-95 Teg GSR wheels.

Looks like they are pretty rare, too!

I think the car was painted while it was getting de-badged. They didn't do a very good just on the clear, though.

Are they the same as Si Fat-Fives? I want a pair, but my blades are too rare to give up.

^^ No, these fat fives only came on integras. Many people run them on Si's, but they are not from Si civics.

I say, find a OK bodyshop that will respray your car for cheap, strip it down off all trim and stuff, find a flat wood brick and go loose on your car with 800 grind sand paper, to see where all low spots, fill those out with bando and replace your damaged side.. and respray it Black, tint windows and find JDM/EDM type tails, and youre sett..

Its prttey fnuny how you can raed tihs eintre snetnece with all tehse ellters out of palce...

Not stock. Fat Fives (lately they've been called Hammers) only came on Teg GSR's. Tegs also came with Meshies (sometimes called LS Mesh wheels). Si's ONLY came with these wheels. These wheels were also used on the Civic EX's from factory:

Bass, I love that damn color on the 3G. Looks very nice. As mentioned already, a new repaint (maybe even just a re-clear) will make it look so nice. Slight drop too and you're golden. What color is your interior? ...or better yet, do you know the original color of your car?

i want some SI's so bad...it would look SO Sweet.....o man i would lower it like you did on that last page...TRUST me your not going to like it. most springs you get for a 3geez have a lower rear setting and have the front up a tad...i hated thats shit...i had to cut a link off my eibachs...what a difference and it didnt affect the ride at all...actully it made it a bit stifffer. Also get some camber kits if not, youll pay more moneys for tires then anything else.

Re: My 87 on Fat Fives!

There was a JDM mock 94 Civic Coupe that was running the 99 SI's and it looked sooooo badass. That's what I wanted before I seen some Fat 5's on someone's Accord, then about a year later I seen these for $60 on CL and went "MINE!!"... lol.

I got about 100 extra pounds in the rear from my subs and box, so it already sits lower in the rear.

Someone I know with a 97 Turbo D16 told me I should look at an alternative way to lower it than cutting a link or so off, but I don't want my passenger front taller than everything else, cuz I hear the drivers side leans and the rear lowers more...

I think it was Silver originally and it's got gray interior.

I like the color as well, but I think I would need to find the exact paint and have a couple spots re-done as well.
