Air Intake Question

I have a 1987 Honda Accord LXi and I'm looking to add some more horsepower to it. The car is completely stock and I don't know much about engines. I found this Air Intake on Ebay http://tinyurl.com/npvuzs
and was wondering if it would add any horsepower at all and if so how much. I know there are more expensive ones but I dont really want to spend more than $80-$90. I would appreciate some suggestions on some other air intakes if the one above would not work very well and it would help alot if you could post links to them. Thanks in advance for the help.

go to autozone, get a spectre cone filter, a straight piece of the intake tubing spectre has about 3-4 inches long, a 2.5 to 3 inch adapter coupler, and a breather filter and that will do as well, its what i have on my car
