I totally agree, but for what it's worth that's a Toyota Camry front lip I adapted to fit. Looks better in person I guess. But I'm getting another front bumper at some point anyways. Thanks though!

it rubs the frame before it rubs the alternator bracket. mine's carb'd so maybe that's why? I don't have a clearance issue there.

and yeah the header is just cut off. that's the factory manifold, I have a header to install but haven't yet.

carb'ed ftw! well my axle rubbed at first before i got coilovers but i want to go lower, so moving the engine up is my next plan.

I have no idea how you're low enough to need to raise the engine.

depends entirely on the size of the wheel. I'd probably be tucking 16's quite a bit at the moment.

And Just for reference I layed a quarter up against the oil pan. The subframe we welded on sits lower than the pan (obviously, or it would be pointless)

Here's a few more prep pics I dumped off my phone and figured I'd share
about to head to the booth

    sanding

    taped

and another garage creepin' pic (Before I lowered it more)

Being too low has cause my strut tower to come apart. I'm looking into tubbing my front end.

i thought about doing that to mine for quite a while. for the work involved, you really wouldn't gain much.
