Quick question need help quick

Well so while taking the auto out of my lxi, we broke the water pipe that runs up under the im, so i can cut it down and still use it, but I wont have a heater line port, my question is, can i use the port that comes out beside the thermostat housing to circulate the coolant, since im not using it? Or will that not work?

may not be warm enough? I was looking at that on mine today but B20 and it looked like it used that one by the thmst for return from heater core. I Have nothing hookd to mine at the moment cuz I need a heater cont valve.. soon.

Junkyard replacement? It's just a 10mm bolt that holds that pipe on. It's kind of a pain to reach under the manifold, but it's do-able. I know. I've done it. Don't ask why.

Well its rigged and my heater doesnt blow but whatever lol, my car is 5spd..
