If you're gonna get a Del Sol, might as well get a Miata. At least if you're gonna go ghey, go RWD.

i've seen some sleepers that would blow a lot of cars away. not my style, but don't assume just because it's a del sol that is doesn't have something different under the hood. and whats wrong with a Miata? with some work and readily available parts, they can be made into one mean road course race car. or a really fast street car. They are a big deal in competition driving. I've even seen one with a big block crate motor under the hood yet looked bone stock.

thats why it's called a sleeper, you want people to think it's stock and slow, then they don't know where you went when the light turned green.

When I was 17, I had an Accord that looked like this:

I bought it bone stock with 250 something thousand on it.

no shit i know a guy with an h22 in a bone stock del sol with just a 2" drop... car moves out, but they're heavy for a civic at nearly 2500 lbs... with the H in there you could add another 80... 2600lb car with 200hp still moves but i'd rather have a gutted 92 eg hatch in CX trim with an H, 2094lbs stock with all the interior, another guy i know had one gutted with a b16 and it weighed 1996lbs with him in it, he was small and asian only about 130lbs but damn that's light... 2000lb car with 200hp... 1:10 is a good ratio.

just sayins if you're gonna go dark side go crx or eg hatch.

edit: hell my sedan only weighs 2200 lol...
