Hi I'm trying to purchase an affordable distributor for 89 accord lx and ive been looking @ ebay and see alot of them the thing is there are tec and hitachi... i was told the carb has the hitachi but im really not sure... ive looked on ads on ebay and they don't say what make they are so I wanted to know if theres a difference between auto & manual dizzy's... and california dizzy's can i use one from cali or is it different??? Basically I just want to know which one I can use!!!
any carb dizzy from any a series motor will work, no different at all.

Only if you're buying the cap and rotor do you need to worry about which distributor you have.
