I really wanna make my brake pedal a lot more firm. How can I do that? I replaced my rear shoes roughly 3 months ago, changed my brake fluid, and my front pads are still great. Any suggestions? I want that new-car brake pedal feel.

disconnect the brake booster :p
stainless steel lines will help, but even then my 88 LXi brake pedal is not as stiff as my Integra with stainless steel lines. I think the larger master cylinder helps.

Don't we have a 15/16 master cyl?

Fresh, high quality fluid helps, as well as some decent pads. Cheap fluid + cheap pads = shitty feel. And when you bleed, you need to start from the brake with the longest line to the MC and work your way to the shortest one.

I noiticed on mine when I added the newer calipers, stainless lines and aem brake kit I acidently let the fluid level get drained completely out of the MC. After gallon of fluid I still have a week pedal. I think I need to bench bleed my MC. Its the only place it could be hiding.
