Thyfire: I am sure that the brake disks are the same in european/usdm models for 1st gen Accords.

Hope their pictures aren't representative of the disc rotors. -5 stud!

You will also need new front wheel bearings when you get the front hubs/knuckles pressed apart to fit the discs.

You're awesome! I found a Honda part catalog, which gives me the drawings but not the parts number. What do you use?

I was able to replace my front rotors without pulling the wheel bearings. I simply undid the spindle nut on the front, and attached a hub puller with a slide hammer. The hub pulled right out, and to get it back together, I put the axle through the hub and used the spindle nut to tighten it back down slowly to let everything seat, until I could feel no movement from the hub to the spindle. Then I loosened the spindle nut and tightened it back to spec.

Tha slide hammer is a GOOOOD tool to have, gosh i want one. But surely enough, the hub system in our cars is crappy , thank god they solved that in the later models.

    Hi again guys.
    Been a while.
The Honda is almost done now, body-wise, going to paint on Saturday.

Was there today, took some pictures. All done with the bondo, just a matter of sanding and making it ready paint.

Look guys, I got myself a shelf

    My rims. With slicks.

Those hatches, especially that black one, look so badass. I'm convinced Honda was influenced by '70s Mopar cars when designing the front end of the Accord. My '81 looked like it could be my buddy's '71 Challenger's little brother.
