Its easier then hell dude. Driver side deap within the seat is a lil pin on the joint, pull that off, slide the seat towards the left side of the car from the right side and lift up, then pull the seat off of the other joint and your done. I'm sure once you see that red pin you'll know what to do.

I want to remove the back of the seat kuz the bottom of the seat will act as a suport for the wood I am going to but in there. The wood will go from the boot to the back of the front seats. I cant find a red pin.

to remove the back seat (assuming it's not a fold down) there are 1 or 2, 10mm bolts holding the backrest at the base. You have to push down on the seat where the backrest meets to find them. After you remove them the top is held on by hooks at the top. You have to push up on the seat to release them, you might have to struggle a bit but they will come out fairly easy. Good luck!

well fold down the back seat, and like he said the black stopper is whta holds it down. pop it out, take out the back seat and the bottom of the back seat is held by one 10mm bolt. lift the seat and slide it out of the U clips on the bottom (towards the front).

My seat is a fold down. I must be blind or something but I can not see a black stopper please explain in more detail.
