    1988 honda accord lxi will not start

    my 1988 honda accord lxi will not start i do not know why there are no lights on the dash or anything could my starter be the problem? or alt?

    Your car needs 3 things to start - air, gas, and spark.

    If you arn't getting any lights n your dash when you turn the car on, then your battery is dead. You can try jump-starting it, but your first stop should be shucks / autozone / or someplace else that offers free alternator testing.

    I figured it out it was my main fuse it was not screwed in all the way thanks for the help

    I honestly think it could be the main fuse, probably not screwed down all the way or something.
