    Question Lowering My Car, Help Needed

    I wanna lower me car but I do not want to fork out the big dollars for King Springs can I just cut the stock springs?? I would like to lower it about 2" is that still ok without needing other stuff.

    Your question is a good reason to use the search button at the top of the screen. I typed in cutting springs and got a whole bunch of threads. Here's one that stood out.

    yeah man use the search... a bunch of people have asked that same question...

    1. Lowering springs can be bought for about $99
    2. If you Lower 2" you WILL need "other stuff" like camber correction

    And struts (one's that can handle either stiffer lowering springs or prevent you from bottoming out all the time).
