    Question JDM Foglights USDM Bumper

This is like the third time I've tried to install these things, getting seriously frustrated with my n00bness. I asked 3gmodifier and he confirmed that I need to modify the bumper but I'm not sure what needs to be cut. The brackets don't line up with anything so I can't even make an educated guess. I've tried it three or four different ways so far and this is the closest I've come up with.

How I think they're supposed to mount:

Does anyone know if this is correct? This configuration puts them where they need to be in the bumper cover, albeit a little more forward than I'd like. If anyone has a picture of a JDM rebar that would be helpful also. It sucks being stupid.

Exactly, it doesn't mount ON the bumper. It mounts on the chassis.

    Yep, all safe and sound!

So they use the bolts that the bumper is held on with (those two in the picture), but they go on behind the bumper? That would make sense since they sit too far out.

they mount to where the bumpers shock mounts to the body is what i think there saying... like take the bumper support off u will see the 2 things the bumper is bolted too then look for the bolts that hold that piece on to the car and use that.. lol

It had to be something that I completely didn't think of, I swear I've spent 10+ hours total staring at this crap with the bumper off... I'd go try it again if it wasn't 11 degrees in the garage.

IDK how they work stock, but I want to be able to turn them on with the running lights, and possibly leave them on with the high-beams.
