I have an 87 hatch and i need a new rear bumper and a local post on craigs list said he was selling a rear bumper from an 87 accord. he didnt specify what type of accord is it going to matter?

hatch bumpers only fit hatches . not only is the plastic different, but the inner steel beam is different, it just won't fit, any hatch bumper will fit any hatch, 86-89, the front bumpers are interchangeable between any of the cars.
