    Help please

    ok i started my removal of vacuum lines on my accord i cut out the black box but it is high idling 2000 rpm idk y it only does it in park or nutral i need some help on y it would be high idling i was thinking maybe vacuum leak or the
    MECHANICAL SECONDARY CONVERSION that i did is sticking im a noob at doing this is my first carb accord help me out guys thanks

    sounds like a vacuum leak, make sure you blocked off any hoses that lead right into the manifold or such.

    The mechanical secondary conversion can be dangerous so you want to make sure you don't over-tighten the throttle shaft nuts and you'll want to add a return spring to help pull the throttle shut.


    Other then that if you remove the "choke opener" that will cause a vacuum leak at the front of the carb next to the screw hole that held the choke opener in place.
