They seem to pop up here and there i did find the ultimate one a few months back on autotrader. It was a 89 coupe less than 60k in panama city florida. The colors were awful but it was a clean as you could find it was $4k but was gone when i called.

As for debt i am paying everything off and only pay cash for things now. But i will stash some money soon enough. I had some saved up but i just picked up a few sweet things for my accord and the machine shop is coming soon so that will be another $1000-1300.
I want something for the meet in may but i can only do so much and wont settle just to get something for the meet. I would be all over this though it i had some cash freed up but i have a lot going on but soon enough i will have another coupe.

I was really seriously considering going after that Coupe in Panama city myself. Wish I would have now. Just ran out of MAD money with my son finally making contact with the family. It would have been cheaper buying the car.

Yes, believe it or not. You're supposed to pay 6.25% sales tax on a used car in Texas. If you buy from a dealer you're stuck, but private sellers often "fudge" the selling price figure to reduce the tax burden. I would technically call that dishonest, but I don't think it's right to charge tax on such transactions. That is just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions.

here in Sc its the 6% tax but it's also capped at 300 dollars max per vehicle...I thought it was weird that they're charging the sales tax so it must be a dealer who's gonna get the buyer the plates cause we pay the sales at the dmv when we get plates....hmmmm....still nice though, recovered seats or not..
