If i put a new ACCEL coil , high performance plugs, wires, and a CAI, how much of a hP boost does that give it??, i know not alot but , im saving up for lightweight flywheel and alum pullys, a new fuel rail, injectors, and NOS!!!!!! lol......
but till then how much hp can i get from the coil, wires, plugs and CAI

Inake will give you at least 5hp maybe 7hp at most 10... the rest just provides consistancy.
Sorry to dissapoint you... get a cam regrind... 150 for some extra ponies.

Flipped lid gives nothing in horsepower. I think you feel like your gaining horsepower because the car screams at 3k rpm...it feels a little 'lighter' but other then that, it does nothing.

id have to disagree with that to some extent. its opening it up so air can move more freely into the carb so any power is gained from higher airflow. i wouldnt say its much power but maybe like 2-3 hp tops but it is some.
i hear that if u slap a type-R sticker on the back it adds 100 hp
intake definitely does NOT give you 10 hp. not in our cars. 5hp would be the safe bet. how much do you think a re-grind-ed cam give you?
i dont know my car is lxi it has 110 hp and thats STOCK now i put intake and exhaust and gave it a complete tune up and now my car 140Hp i think intake and exhaust defitnatly gives it ponies.

and umm u guys forgot about regular nitto stickers. hell, APC stickers give u almost as 50hp. the highest of em is NOS sticker adds almost 200hp (one sticker = 1hp gain). cover ur car with it, fuck ur car is fucking fast. <<also best way to cover up minor dings and rusts>>
