    Question easiest/fastest way to reach the oil filter . wich is it?

    on the 86 carburated engine.

    From the bottom when you drain the oil.

    i just reach down from the top and drop it into the oil drain pan.

    If it's all stock then the easiest way is to get it from the bottom because all the vacuum lines and crap are in the way on the top. I guess you could take off the drivers side wheel, but why bother when you have to crawl under the car anyway to drain the oil?

    you don't have to, a low profile oil pan will slide right under the car, and you can reach the drain bolt from in front of the car.

    and to fill the automatic gear oil? should I do it from the gears dipstick? how much should I put in?

    btw , engine oil , only three liters needed?

    It's been so long since I've had a 3gee with stock ride height that I forgot you could even get a hand under the car without jacking it up.

    I believe its 3.17 quarts of oil with the new oil filter on there.
