photoshop help

Hey need some photoshop help ,I finally found the original SU logo after searching for months, and i would like to clean it up enough to make a decal out of it. I also would like to remove the background on lady luck here and change the 8 balls covering her boobs to the round SU logo's. anyone? I would really appreciate it!! thanks!

Removing the background is kind of a son of a bitch so that will take a minute, but here it is with the background.





I have the SU logo in vector format if you want to take it to a vinyl shop to get cut.

my wife and i got in an argument and she finally agreed to let me put her on the hood scoop, i mean it's just art. like on a low rider. she has dual carbs get it?
the SU decal on each side of the car will really stand out, I mean who else has an SU logo? very old school, maby that and an 80's era stp decal or something. not anything over the top,

my carburators thats the OLD SU logo had a terrible time finding it
