ive paid 300-400 and 500 for a 3g
lx was 300 another lx was 400 and my current hatch was 500
all of them were great cars for a couple years
but then it was time to replace some things seeing as he already replace most of with i had to do
you should be good
as a matter of fact if it looks good and drives fine i wouldn't hesitate to buy it

With a car that cheap make sure the registration is current, if it is not be sure to check on the fees. I just bought mine barely running for $300, and the past due fees to reg will be $170. I found others that ran well for $400-$500, but they had not been registered for so long that the fees were in the $300 range, which would have put them way out of my initial budget.

Any car that runs and drives is worth $300.
That being said, I've sold cars that needed very little to run and drive for $50. I was given another car that drove home, it only needed a battery to run.
yeah you will like the fuel injection...a bit more power...hope body is not roted out

I paid 1200$ for my 88, and its an automatic, carburated, and had 230k miles when I bought it...
I wish mine was 300, or even 500..
'89 LX-i coupe, 170k - $900 (one owner, no problems)

'88 LX-i coupe, 170k - $500 (runs excellent, ugly)
