    locking nut at bottom of strut

    you know the locking bolt that goes at the bottom of the strut? it connects to the pitchfork like thing, well anywaysi have had the worse luck with them basterds, i some how striped the threads out of them and the bolt. i replaced them with other bolts and non locking nuts

    anyone else have problems with them ?

    Yeah I had the same problem and many others on this site.

    PS : If you need new bushings, I have brand spanking new ones from Honda for sale.

    It was kind of hard to remove them but I didn't strip anything. The only thing that sucked when I did my suspension change was the fact that my two friends that we so HIGH that they kept falling over. It was funny as hell and I let them do all of the hard work so it was pretty good.

    yeh that bitach was a fool to get off.
    had to get a little mannish to get it to break

    They are so the sucketh, please believe. They are tough to get off, but they break easily. Murphy's law, yo!

    How much and is it both bushings?? The 2 bushings for the lower control arm is what I'm thinking...
