shortram, msd blaster 2 coil, lowered 2.5" in the rear 3" in the front, stripped because race car XD
Only ones available will be dc sport ones or a old member named justin did a limited run of custom ones. Both are no longer made so u will have to find someone selling one used or hope u can find new
could i use one from a 90? or an 89 civic?

unless you have the ability to weld then the answer is no.

No it's not that complicated, but basically the answer to his question is no. If he has the ability to weld or knows how to modify strut bars he wouldn't have asked in the first place if it fit.
