    what tranny to use

    im helping a friend do a a20 head on an a18 engine, what tranny should we use?

    we have a new clutch on the a20 thats why im asking. will the a20 clutch and flywheel bolt to the a18 and fit in the bellhousing.

    from what i have heard the a20a clutch and flywheel wont work with the a18a trans,

    yea these guys do it alot there not just aiming at you its just that there are many discussions about wat tranny to use wat bolts on to wat and everything else but if this helps i have a a20a3 motor with a a20a1 tranny the tranny came off a dx and it bolted right up
