b20 frankenstein swap

so im wanting to get a parts list to do this on a 87 4 door so when i get the cash flow i can start to buld my daily driver with a bit more pep. looked at stroker kits for the b 20 as well. what is the best bottom and from what car/yr so i dont stumble from the start.

now i know that i need the gsr top end and ecu. now i know you can get a tuned top end from a shop but is it worth the extra money?

as a daily driver i would like to get out about 250 - 275 whp is this poss with a n/a swap with the stroker or is it not worth the work?

thanks for all the help guys and maybe if its easy enough to find all the parts i can get a few kits together for all you guys as well.
