Semi cleaned the engine bay, and installed the mounts. Had to move the brake lines up, I wonder if the new mount set thats available has fixed this problem? If not then I'm guessing they borrowed PRI setup to make theres.

NOW TUCK IT!!!! oh and delete the cruise, ps, etc...
dead white and blue
damn ur fast!!!!!
Now comes wireing, this will not be as fast. I think my harness is going to have to be fixed. The fuel injector wires are broken, so I will need to re-solder them.
The swap will not allow for P/S with the PRI mounts. I dont know if they ever made a bracket for it, but the mount on the rear sub frame hits directly on a solid P/S line. Gonna keep cruise, I want the car to seem stock.
I just had to get it in the car, my hands are a little bloody but the 3G deserves it lol!
man fast swap...must be a record
1989 Honda Accord LX-i

Redzone tuned
Now I need to drive out to your house so we can do this on my car! lol
Mocking up intake, and breather box. Need to make a front mount as well. Then need to install the compressor. The 86 Harness is completely different then the 88, I'm gonna have to have Rywire make me a new harness, so no progress until that is done.
damn you put that puppy in fast!.
i would like to see a vid when its done.
and you make it look easy.
yoooo on your engine harness.. are you using the b-series.. or you modifying the a-series to work.. im confused..
one day I'll return.
this is going to be awesome
stupid ? but wat kind of engine lift u have that thing looked like it came out of the cieling. its very nice. wow thats a awsome swap
rhd restoration 2nd gen prelude
I was running a modified 1986 accord harness in the other hatch, but the 86 and 88 seem to be different. So I will be running a modified 88 harness once I get in contact with Rywire.
I'm not sure the brand, but it was hella nice. The lowering nob was spring loaded so it would self tighten when you let go of it.
just wire it your self man engine harnesses are not to bad, if i can do it so can you! , and didnt a couple people on here have issues with rywire back in the day? i know LX-incredable is also making harness's now so if you want to buy one i would get it from him

IDK bout that one, I don't have the time or patience to build a custom harness lol. I know some people have had problems with rywire, but he builds his wire harness with no guidelines, no car to mock it up on, and for a reasonable price. Ive never had a problem with rywire, so i'm probably gonna stick with them.
I was thinking about doing P/S, but the effort it would have taken was not worth it to me. I can't remeber if your using PRI mount, but if you are you will have to come up with something for that rear mount and the P/S line that sits right where it mounts!
I would stick with Rywire for the harness... wiring in a pain in the ass IMO..
Also, in regards to the P/S i have to have a new fitting put on to the hose from the b20 P/S pump, the shop that is doing this for me does lots of our custom lines and such at work and should be able to solve this for me. We will see what they say this week,.

About that P/S hose, what if you use Manual rack instead, it will alove for some space and no P/S hose in the way.
