B20B Cracks!!!

Hello Everybody I've Been Looking At This Forum For A While But Now I Have A Question, Well I Have A OBDO B20B Block w/ A B16A Head From A DA I Had And Now I Plan To Do The Swap On My 3Gee (A.k.a The Bucket) And Now Im Just Waiting For A Job (Going Job Hunting Tommorow) For The Funding, I Have Been Researching Cars And Car Parts For A While Now And I Feel Like It Will Be A Fun Project This Summer, I Have Had This Car Since I Was 14 Now Im 18 (In August) And Really Look Forward To This Project But I Took Apart My Block And Head To Reach My Goal Of 270 Horsepower But I Found Cracks By The Bottom Of My Cylinders And Im Not To Sure If Its A Good Thing

the circular shaped marks just below the 1-1? If so, your fine. Casting marks.

I think he means the oil covered ridges around the 1-1, first cylinder in the picture.

Then again, you guys may be referring to the same thing anyway.

Because those look precisely like aluminum casting marks

except that's not a b20a unless he did some uber fab work to get it in his DA INTEGRA....
