Rear disc assembly from an sei probably gonna run you $300 at the wreckers. Might be cheaper.
Big BRAKE upgrade up front you would also need the caliper ($$$) and special bracket only OldSwapSchool knows.

you can use stock caliper with aem civic kit u just need to shim it alittle
yeah..after more reading you can actually use the oe calipers..hmmm...the diameter of those upgrade brakes does not change?
