Pacesetter/Borla Headers/exhaust

if i re-do my ENTIRE exhaust system in BORLA/PACESETTER fassion what can i expect? is this a good step up from stock? or no? because all together it would be around 300 bucks.... it's 400 for just the DC header.... i know you get a good mellow sound out of the borla/pacesetter but im not sure of the power/perfomance gains on my car... It's an A20A1 2bbl. Carbed. so yeah. good idea?

im talking about the WHOLE kit too... Header, downpipe, frontpipe, high flow cat(sold seperately) and exhaust pipe w/borla muffler and chrome tips.

Well when I went header highflow cat and dynomax exhaust I was very happy.
