Thanks again. My internet is only on my phone so I can't search very easily. My phone scks, I'm going to swap a 4g console in tomorrow for cupholders, anyone know if it will fit and what mods need to be done so it fits?.

For the recford its an 86lxi 5spd, swappin a 5spd 4g console, it looks like it will fit nice but I'm not 1oo % sure. Help plz.

In my honest opinion, I'd just wait for a set of 3g cupholders to come around. They look much better.

where can i get 3g cups out of? se-i four door? i have two junkyards near me with several hondas in them. i would love to find a set. i just got 4g cups holders, they look ok havent fabbed them in yet. just finnished with the prelude seat mod. cupholders are next.

they have to come from an SEI, you need the entire console that fits under the radio. they are kind of hard to find, there is usually someone on here selling a set, check the classifieds on here.

and the 4g console looks fine in the 3g anyway

I think they came as an option on the other models. They may have been swapped over, but I have seen them in a lot of other models then the SEi when roaming the junk yard.

In your honest opinion. Sorry, but the ones that were fabricated don't match at all, and the oem ones work just fine.

5th gen ones are even better but good luck getting them to fit lol
