Do you guys think this would look good for...

...the accord front end. Assuming you didn't like the pop ups.

Add some material to raise the front fenders a little and there should be enough room for the lights, but that would just push the angle of the hood closer to horizontal. :P

interesting ....... i know many here have tried converting to non-pop up lights. IMO i like the pop-ups, the hardest part about our cars is the curve wee have in the hood/grille line. This makes it very difficult to fabricate something that will be 100% functional and look decent. Ive played around with a few ideas and i think the closest thing we can get to will be a setup similar to a Mitsubishi conquest or an older (early 80's) supra. oh and not forgetting the corolla's too.

Forget the lights...I want the whole car

Id be interested to see those lights photoshopped onto a 3rd gen, though. I think they could look good if pulled off right.

Re: Do you guys think this would look good for...

this is a Opel Manta B with Manta 400 lights and Mantzel styling on.. for the first, they were never sold in US, second, those round lights are rare now. If you dont like flip-ups, why dont just convert to EDM front instead? I personally dont like flip-ups when they are up. but do like when they are closed. IMO

edit: this one is for sale.. with *Opel Calibra C20let engine.. a H22 like swap in these cars. http://www.megamanta.co.uk/project_mantzel_manta.htm

x3, but one thing that really bothers me when they're closed is if they don't line up with the corner lights & grille properly. and it's really hard to align them perfectly on these cars lol
