    m/t mount... where does this go?

    Trying to figure out where this part goes b/c my car doesn't have one (a/t to m/t swap)



    parts # 14,15,&16

    Any got a pic? Thanks!

    thats the A/T mount, I tossed mine when I did my swap.
    M/T does not use that mount

    Wait the auto trans has a tranny mount..

    Ugh, I have an 88' automatic, do I have that mount, and where is it..?

    (As in, who sells it, and where does it mount.)


    I was always told we only had err, part 3,8,2..

    is the mount under the car? i just did the 5spd swap a month or so but i don't recognise that one...

    Here are the pics of 14, 15 and 16 on my 88 LXi automatic. #16 is the "Rubber, Transmission Mounting insulator". Part# 50852-SE0-A01. Mine was torn and I replaced it. It is on the passenger side looking down, below the prop valve. Again this in on a automatic transmission.
    My '66' GT I built. My first Hot Rod magazine Cover "Summer 85". I've had it for 32 years, since I was 18. It's a trailer queen. 289 Hi-po, t-10 Toploader 4speed, 9 inch rearend.

    whoa :O i never even knew a mount existed between the gearbox and side of the car. none of my cars (auto & manual) ever had them

    I'll need to go verify this, and maybe get a new one (transmission moves around alot during idle)
