So can I use just any p75 manual ecu from an integra? And how well does that ecu respond to boost? Do I need to get a boost controller or something? I'm new to turbos so I might ask some stupid questions.

non of the honda factory ECU came programed for boost. OBD1 lets you control fuel and spark so you would need to get a program made for the ecu.

i run p06 from a civic in my car with a dyno tune and a pr4 from a teg and the pr4 really runs good too(the owner before me had a p75 and with a modded engine he made 164whp)

Just remember a P75 in stock form won't control the stock intake manifold secondaries or the EGR. That's not a problem if you swap to a B16 manifold, which pretty much everyone who doesn't live in California has done.
