Where is the TV Cable?

i see lots of references to this cable in all the tranny threads, however even after looking at the manual i cant seem to find where this cable and the part that gets adjusted is, does anyone have a pic or anything? ty in advance

also, i tried searching but i think "tv" is too short a term and it only does a search for "cable"
