well my friends 88 accord lx 4 doors likgts flip up but they dont go down untill they feel like it. like if you flip them up with either the headlight switch or the other button and try to turn them off so they go down they wont but wait a while and they will magically be down sometimes it will take a day sometimes it will only take a few mins or happen right away like its supposed to. i was thinking control moduel what do you guys think?
Trace the wires back check for shorts first.

but isnt each light controlled by a seprate relay therefore again both relays bould have to b lazy at the same time.
