Well, get some tires and get out there. Used tires usually still have quite a few runs in them. Make sure the suspension is up to snuff and get out there and autocross.

Yep. the Kumho's I'm running are used. When I got them they looked nearly brand new. Maybe a weekend of autocrossing, and that's about it. Paid $70 a tire plus shipping.

the automatics are junk to begin with in our accord's, mainly all the fluid gets thrown to one side of the case, starves the pump. Mimic's clutch kicking, but a lot worse

Hey, it is what it is... I think all honda automatic in the older cars are troubled... MT is the way to go, but not racing an AT because its an AT is a weak excuse... besides Rusty converted his over from AT-MT...
