The original switch is for the electric antenna (Charlie), the other one (not original) is done by pervious owner, there was a extra horn.

Dude, I'll take the steering wheel cover.
Cruise control is not realy useful overhere. Standing still most of the time, and the rest is a lot of corners and speedbumps.
    At night, maby....
Dude, you can have the steering wheel cover. Where do i send it to?

The leather on the steering wheel is tied to it with a lace (string?), it came original from Honda. I don't like it, and its Charlies now.

Today got up at 5 again, now to return the autotransporter, my god this thing is fast. 2.8 Diesel with 6 gears. Saturday on the way back from Germany i did 100 miles/h with the accord on the back. No problem. Bit scary, though. Empty it's faster than most normal cars. Dont think German highway is paradise, lot of roadwork, traffic jam, speedlimits and cams, only small part of das Auto Bahn is speedlimit free. But its fun, driving 100 m/h in a small truck when idiots in big Audi's en BMW's pas you by with 60 more.
Got back home in my Civic 4 hours later to pick up my work van (VW transporter, owned by the boss) and drive to work.
Back home at 6, just enough time to take the 17" of the Civic and put them on the Accord before dark fals in.

It sucks to work 5 days a week, and have a car hobby and no garage.

I like the wheels, but not on this straight lined Aerodeck, and with the low tires the car looks lifted. Accord SUV or something.
That needs to change fast to. To dark to take pics. So, wheel on the Civic
Btw: saw that the back diskbrakes on the Accord are brand new.

You need to find out what these wheels are...

    http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_...0002_large.jpg

...get them, and slam your car. I think you'll have the most perfect 3g ever.

Edit: What are the side vents in the trim for?

Thanks! Looked at the vents, don't know. Will find out later, when i take it appart.

Sometimes im a big ass. Showed the car to a friend, only opend the right door. And locked it after, with the door button, yes, keys inside. Only 1? No, all 4!
Didn't find out til nex day.
Opened inside of my Civic door to learn, and make a model for a tool.
It took 1 hour to make it right, but opened the Accord door in 30 sec. without damage.
Have a universal Honda key now, 18 inch long.

Nice score! I have the same seats, only that mine are sewed with white thread. I have thought lots of times of doing mine with red thread also.
Again, a very nice car. Good luck with it!

Hee, thanx. I have been looking at your cars before. Searched the forum for Aerodecks. Not much there sadly. Like your Exclusive Edition.
I was thinking of making mine black in the future, but after seeing yours i'm not sure anymore. Don't get me wrong, like the black, but the thing i like the best about the Aerodeck is how the window and roof line come together at the back. The black window frame is not standing out when the car is black to, so the line is less visible.
Maybe i make it matt anthracite, or something.
Or just put on the original red again. Who knows.

At least you have the steering wheel on the right side. Which is of course the left.

I have the exact same factory leather wrapped steering wheel. I'm kind of surprised they did leather seats over there but no matching leather door or side panels. Leather in general doesn't look fantastic after 22 years without good maintenance. Overall the interior condition on that Aerodeck is quite peachy!!!

Re: I found my project, '89 Accord Aerodeck EX 2.0i

Made some pics with the wheels of my Civic.
Like i said, looks lifted, and these are not the right wheels for this car. Like it to be 17" straight 10 spoke or something.
It has to do for now, I will not drive around with wheelcaps. And no money for new ones.

The ET of these rims is a bit high. 38. So the don't go into the fenders.
But I don't care, want my drop to fill the wheel gap, not more.
Don't like it when a bit of wheel is not visible, or when it is not standing up straight.

Trying to imagine how great your car looks with these rims when it's dropped! And guess what, your car looks really great!
BTW, I think you mean the ET of these rims is a bit too low (instead of too high), since a lower ET means the rims are more to the outside and a higher ET is more to the inside of the car. Oh, and when you want the car to be lowered just enough to fill the wheel gap, you might want my lowering springs!

That would look amazing with those rims if it was dropped! I usually don't like the look of 17s on these cars but you could totally pull it off with a drop!

That explains the ET value at the rims in the folder.

Thanx. Yes, it needs a drop fast. But first a licence plate would be nice.
Like to put on ride hight and adjustable shocks in the future, but for now lowering springs will do.

    That is one hot a-deck!

Also what has happened to the leather steering wheel, I have one too but yours looks strange. It's like the leather has been ripped off and very poorly been stitched back on. On mine the leather sits flush around the wheel, there's no gaps or string showing like on yours, just the stitching at the seam.

It was original with gaps. The string hold it together. I think it was the cow boy version. Was the same in one of my pervious Aerodecks. Removed it on the first day.

Sold my Civic today, to much metal on the driveway.
It was nice to have, and selling hurts.
