It was time to finish the audio.
    The front speakers:

    125 Watt RMS
    250 Max.

When i removed the right door panel found this:

    First Dyna on the outside:

    And inside:

    Right side done.

The sound is incredibly crisp and clear.
    And Fuckin loud!

On the left first needed to fix the seatbelt feeder.
Found a new door part inc. cable at a Honda dealer in Sweden.

When the door is closed the belt is in this position now.

    Audio done.
    Now some nice shocks....

So how are things going on the Ksports? Mine are in the country now, so I'm getting them this week... hopefully!

    So? Pictures this weekend?

No news on Ksport for me, sadly. Still need to be patient.
First 2 weeks have no time to fit them, but still, like them to arrive.
The car needs a drop bad.

Ah that sucks! Same here, barely time to install them but really want to have them at my place instead of waiting for them! The importer told me it'd take about two weeks, but I've been waiting for a month now and still nothing. So I hope he's gonna keep his promiss now and delivers it to me this week!

Yesterday night the exhaust broke, just behind the cat. There was no warning and it just dropped to the ground after starting en driving 10 meters.
Fortunately, I just left at my best friends house, so we left the car on the road and used some wire to pull it up.
    One more job to do....

No turbo for me, like to put in a 200+ hp engine in a few years. (not that i don't love your project)
No money for it right now. But it wil be custom pipe then.
For now trying to get the exhaust part, have to wait for it for 3 weeks at least! It sucks.

Don't know how it is in Canada, but overhere the 3rd gen became rare, and spare parts even more so.
I ordered the part and they sent me the wrong one. Not happy.
Now it appears that the right part is not in stock and first needs to be made.
My girlfriend is to pregnant to drive, which means, me driving around in a Nissan Micra. Not happy at all.

Not sure about exhaust parts, since I've never ordered one, but for the rest the parts are findable to me... What shop have you been to?
In the south we have Heuts Automaterialen (Heuts carparts ), but that's just Limburg and Brabant... Besides bodywork and things like my gas filler pipe, they have lots of stuff in stock.

    Exhaust is done.

Ksport......, don't know. Think they sent it by rowing boat.
Waiting for 8 or 9 weeks now? Much too long!

Car is at the Honda dealer right now (got a Jazz 1.2 loan ), one of the brakes sticks. Clogged brake hose, they say. Don't have the time to do it myself. Pick it up later today.

Wow, 8-9 weeks is like infinity to wait for a package from the US!
So it has to arrive at the reseller first, before being sent to you right?
Tried to contact the reseller already?

Shocks first go to Ksport England, after that to the local Jap. tuner. I will pick them up there.
Had contact almost 3 weeks ago, they told me that the package should arrive in England in 2 weeks...

    Brakes are fine again!

btw, when will you install them?!?

Right, a bit of a inefficient way of shipping IMHO. But maybe they had to
ship a whole lot to England and just one set to The Netherlands.. That's the only thing that I can think off at least...

I'm gonna install the Ksports when I've got the time. First things first, right?
If I can't get it done within the next month, I'm probably gonna wait till after Winter. If snow is as bad as last year,
and the forecast is that it's gonna be -20 degrees Celsius so that's possible, I can't drive a lowered car with my bodykit!
Besides, winter will do no good to them, so maybe it's even better to keep it in the shed for a few more months!

Thanks man. Amps are fine, old, but not cheap back then. I bought them long time ago, think in '97 or so (before we had the shitty Euro currency), installed them in the floor and removed them a few days later, the trunk of one of my previous Aerodecks was not watertight.
After that i had them on the shelf for 8 or 9 years, so practical new.
The speakers i use are 2,7 Ohms, and the amps remain stable.
    No pictures of the inside...

If one of them dies i buy a 5 channel amp.

    Thanks.
No, it's not. It's made by the Swedish company Brodit.
It's just the base plate, the holder will be mounted on it.
    No screws in my dashboard.

So the holder is included with the base plate?
Looks like they used almost the same material as the dash has been made off?

    What's your daughter's name?

The base plate is sold separate, it's called a pro clip.
I'll wait with ordering the holder until my 4S has arrived. Brodit has very nice active holders, for all kind of things. Like TomTom and iPad.

She's called Pilar (thats a spanish name).

Yeah I checked their website, looks good and might order one for myself as well in the future.
So what exactly is an "active" holder. Just with the charging port and buttons left free / not hided behind the plastic?
But I'll also wait for my new phone. My contract ends in a month, gonna get me a HTC Sensation (most probably).

Nice name, Pilar... Might be the first in our country!
