as long as they are 4 x 100 and the center hole isnt too small you be ok

where are you located? if you were closer i would chuck them in the lathe and turn a couple of MM's out of them like i did for the ones i used to have, i made a tool out of a hub that lets you chuck the entire rim in the lathewell shit, found out the escort center bore is 54.1mm, where as our accord is 56.1mm.... so a mere 2mm makes them not fit
yes the center should not be to hard to file out, your lugs are what centers the wheel as long as it will lay flat on the hub mating surface.
Generally speaking too, if these are 14 or 13 inch you should be aware of 88-9LXi brake clearance being a potential issue.
