Doing a final Inspection on the engine before it goes in on Saturday with the new motor mounts by Cygnus(Chris) Test fitting them for him hopefully all goes well sorry for the long wait been about 6 or 7 months without my car but should be running sometime next week . Tomorrow im gonna do a Valve adjustment before completing the engine.

Well as i was about to install the intake manifold i noticed that one coolant passage was completely block with crud or maybe someone added some seal crap in it. i guessing that's what might of caused an overheating? well anyway ill be cleaning that up and slapping it on when im done. I kinda really dont wanna use the stock manifold, would like to use a B18/16 intake manifold but this can wait for the head build im gonna be doing to see some numbers Hopefully.

its too hot in LA when we were in long beach it hit like 94...hell no thats why bay area weather FTW! I drove my car with out power steering and it sucked. I would rather lose the few hp. but then I can park my car with out a problem. if you not going to run both you should get the crank pulley shaved down for just the alternator.

Yeah i know what you mean it would be nice but i hardly use the ac. Thats why the black coupe is keeping the AC when i get it running. Yeah i was thinking that as well but dont they sell the pulley's like that? i would shave the spare one i got here and see how it goes. Would it cause any problems? Figuring its a balancer kinda?

Can any of you gentlemen help me with the vacuum diagram? I can't remember where hose 3 and 16 go...I guessing the #16 hose is the EGR 3 is Vacuum canister? but i still have the Charcoal canister missing one hose? Ill look in the manual and look again but its really complicated to read lol

    Re: Shyboy's 89 Coupe

The Coupe is finsihed and Running!! Came across some problems but should be fixed soon.

    What to fix:
    Code Six Is on
Adjust Clutch pedal(grabs at the top when releasing.)
Temp gauge is going to hot zone.
    Whistle from intake.
Oil leak some where lil drips thats first thing on my list.

So far no water leaks or gas leaks. glad i did a somewhat wire truck to the car
